Shipping
Each piece is made to order and ships from my New York studio.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days. If you need your piece sooner, email stephanie@kefibyhand.com to confirm availability and expedited options.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
I ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Time:
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available. Because shipping costs and customs fees vary by destination, please email stephanie@kefibyhand.com with your location and the piece you're interested in. I'll provide a shipping quote and information about potential tariffs or customs duties before you place your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your Kefi piece from the moment it arrives. If it's not quite right, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, I offer exchanges or store credit. All pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the piece arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces:
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty & care
Craftsmanship Guarantee
Each Kefi piece is created with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a one-year craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase.
If a structural issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your piece at no charge.
Lifetime Care
We also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for the life of your piece, so it can be worn and enjoyed for years to come.
Repairs due to normal wear are available at cost.
