orders & shipping
Each piece is made to order and ships from my New York studio.
Processing Time:
Holiday orders ship within 7 business days. Order by December 3 for delivery by December 25 within the United States. If you need your piece sooner, text (929) 269-4076 or email stephanie@kefibyhand.com and we can discuss options.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
I ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Time:
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available. Because shipping costs and customs fees vary by destination, please email stephanie@kefibyhand.com with your location and the piece you're interested in. I'll provide a shipping quote and information about potential tariffs or customs duties before you place your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Not at this time. All orders ship via USPS.
Yes. International orders require a separate invoice for shipping costs. Any customs or tariff charges will be incurred in-country upon delivery, and I can provide an estimate of expected fees.

sizing & fit
Pop into any local jeweler to have your finger measured, or order a metal ring sizer to measure at home.
Rings with wider bands tend to fit more snug than rings with narrower bands. Metal ring sizers come in a variety of widths, so find one that matches the approximate band width of the ring you plan to purchase to get the most accurate size.
Note that ring sizers vary slightly across the industry and offer approximate sizes.

Yes. Kefi both ear and bracelet cuffs are designed with an open form that allows for gentle adjustment. Avoid over-bending, as this can weaken the metal over time.

Kefi jewelry is demi-fine, crafted only in precious metals:
Sterling silver is durable, timeless, and develops a natural patina over time. Polish it to restore brightness, or let it age with character.
Gold vermeil is a resilient layer of 14k gold over sterling silver. With proper care, it will last a lifetime.
14k gold is available for select pieces and custom orders. It’s used in the posts of all sterling silver earrings.
All Kefi jewelry is nickel-free.

Gold vermeil (pronounced "ver-may") is sterling silver with a thick layer of 14k gold. It's more durable than standard gold-toned jewelry and, with proper care, could last a lifetime. If the gold shows signs of wear, I can add new layers of gold through Repair & Refresh. Learn more.
care & maintenance
For gold vermeil pieces:
Avoid prolonged water exposure to preserve the 14k gold layer. Remove before swimming, showering, and exercising. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth to lift away oils and dirt.
For sterling silver pieces:
Sterling silver can handle water, but moisture accelerates tarnishing. Use the included polishing cloth to restore brightness as needed. To clean between the grooves of woven pieces, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and toothpaste, then let dry completely.

Each Kefi piece is created with care and intention. I stand behind the quality of my work and offer a one-year craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase. If a structural issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, I will repair or replace your piece at no charge.
Lifetime Repair & Refresh
For the life of your piece, I offer complimentary cleaning and inspection. Gold vermeil pieces can be refreshed with new layers of gold, and oxidized pieces can be darkened again. Repairs due to normal wear are available at cost.
returns & exchanges
I want you to truly love your Kefi piece. If it’s not the right fit for you, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
After 14 days, I offer exchanges or store credit.
All pieces must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
Holiday gifts: pieces ordered November 1 to December 24 may be returned unworn for a refund if shipped back by January 10.
